White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Pomegranate white balsamic vinegar or any white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a bowl add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk together.
- Add olive oil and blend in.
- Taste and adjust for salt. For more sweet balsamic flavor – add more vinegar. Vinaigrette is ready.
Cook’s Notes: Salad dressing will be enough for one large salad. If you don’t use all the dressing you can save it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
