White Balsamic Vinaigrette

White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Pomegranate white balsamic vinegar or any white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  • In a bowl add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk together.
  • Add olive oil and blend in.
  • Taste and adjust for salt. For more sweet balsamic flavor – add more vinegar.  Vinaigrette is ready.

Cook’s Notes:  Salad dressing will be enough for one large salad. If you don’t use all the dressing you can save it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
