With the warm temperatures popping up off and on, the garden started bursting into bloom early. Here is a look at my garden in March.
March has been an interesting month for us here in the Bay Area. The temperatures dipped down into the 40s and 50s, then we got a bunch of rain, then temperatures fluctuated back up into the 60s, 70s and even 80s. Back and forth the weather went all month.
Freesias continued their blooming show. Rose plants leafed out with some of them already full of buds. Geraniums, oxalis, ixia, daffodils, cyclamen, pink jasmine, even a tulip or two all full of leaves, buds, and flowers.
Here are a few pictures of my March garden ready for a stellar spring show.

Geraniums. All my geraniums have been doing great this winter and early spring. Pelargonium, scented geraniums, ivy geraniums, variegated geraniums, and cranesbills, have all been super happy and healthy the last few months.
