There are just a couple of additions I made to these delectable cookies and that is adding 1 tsp vanilla essence and extra ginger powder.  One comment I would like to make is that these cookies are pretty sweet on their own and taste so good that they don’t really need any icing.  Just a light dusting of powdered sugar is all they need.

My family loved these ginger cookies! I shared a few of these cookies with my friend Iya and both she and her husband raved about them too! A five star recipe this is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
