Happy happy Valentine’s Day to you all ❤️💙💚💕!!  And Happy Friday!  How lovely that Valentine’s Day falls on a Friday this year!  We get to do something special without having to worry about work and school the next day. 

For us we have a special V-day dinner planned at home tonight with the family. The twins are home for a winter break and so I’ve asked them to help me make dinner tonight, They are excited about it!

Rani is making dessert – caramel pot de creme!  Anjali is making an antipasti platter, and I am making stuffed pasta shells.  Lets see how it all turns out!
