Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup candied ginger chopped into small pieces (my addition) or semisweet chocolate chips
Cookie Making Photos:
- Mix all ingredients.

- Chill the dough.

- Roll into cookies.

- Dip in sugar and place on baking sheet.


- Add candied ginger or chocolate as garnish.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes.

- Cookies are ready!
