Sesame Garlic Mustard Greens Stir Fry with Tofu

This recipe is the quickest, easiest dish you can whip up with stupendous results. A big bunch of mustard greens, a block of tofu, garlic, sesame oil and salt turn into something delicious and flavorful. Have it with quinoa for the most healthy dinner ever.

The best part? You’ll feel full and satisfied and light in the stomach all at the same time. And since you have the pan all hot and ready, do what I did – sauted some denser veggies like broccolini for a fabulous side dish.

Sesame Garlic Mustard Greens Stir Fry with Tofu

Ingredients:

6-8 cups mustard greens
6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Salt
1 box firm tofu cut into cubes
Chili flakes as much as you want

Directions:

In a large wok or saute pan warm 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the garlic and chili flakes and shallow fry until the garlic fragrance comes through – a few seconds. Immediately add the mustard greens. Salt to taste and cook down the mustard greens until tender – about 2 minutes.

Add the tofu plus 1 tbsp sesame seed oil and toss the tofu in the greens. Cook the tofu for 2 minutes so it can absorb some of the flavors.

Mustard greens and tofu stir fry is ready.

Serve with quinoa or rice.
