What’s the secret to a long healthy life? I have to look at my Dad for inspiration – he is fit and mentally sharp as any of us.
Dad’s formula for a healthy life.
He exercises seven days a week. Doesn’t miss a day! Every day he walks up and down our hill for 45 minutes.
He has been vegetarian his entire life. Doesn’t drink alcohol. Takes his vitamins. Takes Ayurvedic supplements. Eats small portions.
