The inspiration
I’ve been eagerly waiting to post this menu suggestion ever since we had this outstanding dinner at home on Christmas evening. The entire family pitched in for a delicious homemade meal and it was red themed of course and all so yummy. Four courses for an outstanding gourmet stay at home meal. Here is a look at this fun menu that’s easy to make and delicious.

Cocktail:
Pomegranate Martini

Appetizer
Bruschetta with toasted baguette

First course:
Roasted Tomato and Onion Soup

Dinner:
Roasted veggies
Sun dried tomato and mascorpone pasta



Dessert:
Classic Tiramisu

If your’e planning a stay at home Valentine’s Day or hosting dinner with friends, give this delicious, festive menu a try. You know what? Most of these dishes can be made ahead. The only one that does require making fresh is the cocktail and pasta. But then guests do love to linger around the kitchen anyway šš.
