Fig Jam Vinaigrette Dressing

When I want a change from my usual vinaigrette, I like to make a Fig Jam Vinaigrette, which is sweeter, thicker, and has a wonderful Mediterranean fig flavor along with little bits of mashed figs. Used to be I could only find fig jam at specialty grocery stores, but nowadays fig jam can be found at most grocery stores in their deli section.

For a thicker salad dressing packed with sweet fruit flavor, a Fig Jam Vinaigrette is the one.
