Honey Mustard Dressing:
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Dijon Mustard or any grainy mustard 1 tbsp
- White wine vinegar – or apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
In a bowl add mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk together.
Add olive oil and blend in. Taste and adjust for more salt, for more sourness add more vinegar, and for more sweetness – add more honey. Dressing is ready.
Toss dressing in any salad. Dressing can last in the refrigerator for up to a week.
