Hello and Happy Friday! I hope you had a good week and are ready for the weekend! Today I’d like to share pics from our daughter Rani’s graduation from Cornell University that we attended on Memorial Day weekend in Ithaca, New York.

Beautiful weekend in Ithaca for a beautiful commencement ceremony

We got lucky and arrived to a gorgeous weekend in Ithaca, New York for our daughter Rani’s graduation from Cornell University.

No rain, just sunshine all weekend 🌞😎

The weather forecast was for thunderstorms and lots of rain, and the Cornell administration had sent a notice saying if the weather was severe they would cancel the event and not reschedule. But we got lucky! The storm pushed out till after the graduation weekend!

What a positive environment to be in surrounded by proud parents, family members and friends 💕

The bleachers were packed with family and friends all in attendance to support and cheer their 2024 graduates!

These kids so deserved this ceremony

They went through a lot these last 4 years! Cancelled high school graduations because of the pandemic. First two years of college conducted over zoom because of the ongoing pandemic. When school did resume they had to wear masks to class. It has been a tough four years, and these students really deserve all the pomp and circumstance they received!
