Hello and Happy Tuesday! How was your weekend? I hope your new week started off great! Last week was the start of the Indian fall festival of Navratri – a nine-day festival celebrating the divine Goddess in all of us.

Fall festival of Navratri
Navratri is celebrated all over India in Fall timeframe. During this time women get together and celebrate the divine Goddess in all her incarnations – including Mother Earth, Goddess of Knowledge, Goddess of Wealth, and Goddess of Strength. Ladies meet and share in a meal, dance, sing, and celebrate together. Here I’d like to share pics of a small ladies lunch I hosted over the weekend to celebrate Navratri.
