I hope you had a good week and are looking forward to a relaxing and fun weekend. It’s citrus season around here and if you live in the Bay Area and are driving around the neighborhoods you are probably seeing lots and lots of orange and lemon trees in every other front yard dripping with hundreds of oranges, tangerines and lemons. I see so many citrus on these trees and fallen on the floor that I wish I could just pick them all up and bring them home.
With all things wholesome such as fresh apples, oats, nuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar Apple crumble is my go-to dessert when I want to make something sweet, easy and comforting.
Sweet and delicious and everything in a bowl – whole grain oats, honey, apple, dried fruits, and yogurt. Not only does it satisfy us for hours, it tastes amazing – Bircher muesli.
